Spaghetti with Cheese and Sausages in a Mug

When you're really hungry, you're not in the mood for waiting and you get nervous just thinking how long will it last to prepare a decent meal for yourself. Look no further because, this appealing dish is asking for only couple of minutes of your attention.

Yields: 1 Mug

Ingredients:

¾ cup of spaghetti

¾ cup of water

⅛ teaspoon of salt

A pinch nutmeg (freshly grated)

½ cup of half and half

1 teaspoon of unsalted butter

2 sprigs of thyme

1 clove of finely minced garlic

2 Oz of Italian sausage meat

Black pepper (ground) and salt to your taste

1 tbsp of grated Parmigiano cheese (more for topping)

1 oz of sharp shredded cheddar (more for topping)

1 oz of shredded fontina cheese
